Project examples
Greasing device for O-ring groove
This device can be used to manually grease or oil components, in this case an O-ring groove, but also numerous other seals.
It is particularly suitable for semi-automated assembly stations and fully automated assembly cells, for example in the automotive industry.
Dosing device for O-ring outside
This device is used by a handling device (e.g. axle gantry or robot) to insert the workpiece (in this case a powerpack with O-ring) and then grease it. It is particularly suitable for fully automated assembly lines.
Thanks to the simple interface, the device can be directly controlled by the station controller.
The preset dosing quantity is applied to the component cleanly and with repeat accuracy. This creates a closed bead. This facilitates joining of the powerpack and protects the O-ring from drying out in the long term.
Greasing station for needle bearings
With this device it is possible to grease or oil by hand components, in this case a needle bearing, but in general any kind of inner diameter.
Thanks to the integrated pneumatic control, the triggering of the dosing is automatic, but no mini control or PLC is required and only one energy source is needed (only compressed air, no electricity).
This very simple interface makes this device excellent for manual workstations or even workshops.
Greasing station for threaded bolts
Threads are greased with this self-sufficient dosing station. Thanks to the floating bearing, the metering jaws move with the threads during rotation. Due to the volumetric dosing, the dosing quantity is always absolutely repeatable.
